Create content that the target group can identify with, feels involved with and has added value. To do this, start with the information that is available. Then find out what the target group would like to see. This is not directly about a long term strategy. It is an editable plan that should be started as soon as possible instead of working out all the details immediately. The market and competitors are not waiting for this either. Therefore, try to switch to what is happening in real-time as much as possible. Too much happens online to be able to plan everything.

The use of channels, platform and interaction

The content is distributed through channels and platforms. Make sure you have a clear picture of which channels and platforms the target group is on. In this way, with proper use of this combination of resources, the user can be given an experience that can guide the relationship between this customer and company.
