Who is Parag Agarwal?
Parag Agarwal was till now the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Twitter and was handling full technical responsibility. According to Dorsey, Parag Agarwal started his career as an engineer in Twitter. Now he is going to take over the post of CEO.
Talking about Parag’s studies, he has a doctorate in computer science. He has an engineering degree from IIT Bombay. After this, he did his PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University in California, USA.
Agarwal joined Twitter in 2011. Since then he is working in Twitter only. In the year 2017, he was made the CTO of the company. When he joined the company, the number of employees was less than 1000. Before joining Twitter, Parag has also served in Microsoft and Yahoo.
